Led by one of the foremost white-collar litigators in the country, an attorney who has gone to trial more than 25 times in complex cases and reached a favorable outcome in almost all of them, we combine our collegial, team-oriented approach with decades of relationship building to serve our clients efficiently and effectively in an evolving landscape.
What We Do

And we aren’t looking for an easy off-ramp; we’re looking to make the best decision for the client. Sometimes that can be a quick resolution; other times that means going to trial. We are not afraid to hold institutions to account, and we’re consistently front-facing, looking to get our clients’ stories out, helping them speak to the cameras, giving their narratives on their own terms—and doing it quickly.
Why We Do It
As to our founding and public interest practice, at this moment, the government is actively employing the criminal, regulatory, and congressional levers of power for political retaliation. In the face of such government overreach, the rule of law is being eroded and the use of state power against perceived political opponents is becoming increasingly normalized. At the same time, much of the current legal establishment, fearing political and economic retribution, has proven unwilling and unable to step into the fray.
This moment demands a firm defined by mission and courage, not by caution.
