Jack Bolen
Associate
Jack Bolen represents clients in high-stakes litigation, with a particular focus on appellate matters and complex questions of statutory and constitutional interpretation. He has helped brief cases involving novel legal issues in multiple federal courts of appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as a clerk for the Honorable Nicole G. Berner on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Jack graduated with honors from New York University School of Law, where he served as a research assistant to professors Melissa Murray and Barry Friedman. During law school, he was a summer associate at Williams & Connolly and a law clerk to Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Before law school, Jack received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and worked as a paralegal in the Rackets Bureau of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
