Schuyler Standley is a litigation associate, representing clients in high-stakes civil and criminal proceedings at both the trial and appellate level. 

Schuyler joined L&A after serving as a law clerk to Judge Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Kate M. Menendez of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. 

Between her clerkships, she completed a public interest fellowship at Tycko & Zavareei LLP, where she litigated novel statutory and constitutional challenges in state and federal court, including several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Schuyler is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and American University.
