Sofia Vizcarra is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Lowell & Associates. In this role, she facilitates administrative and operational duties across the firm.

Prior to joining L&A, Sofia was a fellow at the Institute for Civic Engagement and Democracy, where she was nationally recognized for her efforts to boost voter participation in her community. As a policy fellow for a local school board member, she supported a campaign by conducting policy research and analysis. She deepened her passion for civic advocacy by addressing structural inequalities in local communities as a member of her school's NAACP chapter.

Sofia holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. Sofia's academic career has been shaped through coursework in constitutional law, international relations, and comparative politics, as well as multiple research projects on disenfranchisement laws and political inequality.
